Check-in and check-out was super easy, and communication with the host was great. The room was really nice and the view was lovely - very near the centre of Nürnberg. I would 100% recommend this place!

Modern design, well equipped, clean apartment and rooms. Access to the front door was via a keypad, keys to the apartment and room are located in a combination lock on the wall outside the apartment. No need for any staff. Everything worked fine. Fruit teas and filter coffee included (couldn’t find any black tea). Bedroom has a large SmartTV with various apps (Netflix, YouTube, etc) but no regular TV channels (they need adding). WiFi code and other codes sent in a message via the booking platform. Top floor rooms may get hot in summer (there’s a standing fan). Also a double wardrobe for clothes and desk with lamp. Nice balcony to sit on, but that might get noisy for the guests in the room directly next to the balcony.
Sadly, my neighbours arrived late at night, and ignored the house rules regarding noise and showering late at night . It could get noisy if guests ignore rules.
Location is not far from the city centre and close to the castle. Public transport is not far away either. Plenty of bars and restaurants just outside the hostel.
