Condo 416 at North Creek Resort

I just wanted to share something really lovely. Tracy, one of your staff members, was so kind and considerate. The weather was brutally cold, and since we arrived before check-in and weren’t planning to ski, she kindly offered to warm up our food using the staff microwave in the office. She was also so generous with all sorts of little things that made us feel truly welcomed. Then around 7pm while I was making supper, I realized the salt jar was empty. I gave the office a call, thinking it might be a long shot — and they promptly arranged for salt to be brought right to us. I never expected a condo management team to be so warm and family-like. Your team’s genuine care made our stay such a sweet and memorable experience. 💛

Better flexible checking in/out time

Location was close to the Blue mountain village. Just 5 mins drive. Liked the tennis and pickle ball courts. Rooms were clean and had good supply of toiletries. Kitchen had all the utensils and cutlery needed for basic use.

The AC at the main level was very cold and the remote did not help in increasing the temperature. Had to use the manual buttons on the AC to increase the temperature and it worked.

Had everything you needed! was easy to find and was very cosy inside, but the heating is fab works better than ours at home! - super close to the resort and easily accessible with the shuttle bus. The staff were super helpful and friendly which made the stay 10x better

We had trouble with the hot water however the staff were very proactive on it and offered late check out

The property has a good location. A real ski in and out.

The studio is not comfortable and need an upgrade on many points. - closet for ski is full and it was not possible to put our ski inside. - the sofa bed is a torture. Don’t think that two people can sleep well. - the dishwasher is so noisy, don’t turn it on at night or you won’t sleep. - there is a big issue with the heating system, while it is very hot upstairs, it is cold downstairs. - the toilets are leaking and it is noisy. - the kitchen is old, even the toaster looks horrible. I would definitely not recommend this studio for 6 people. There is just not enough place. The sofa is only for 3 people. The price is too high for this place. The owner has to update it if he wants to continue with this price.
