    If you are traveling to Blue Mountains or Collinwood I definitely recommend this place.

    Good location. Close to downtown area, beaches and Blue Mountains. The rooms are clean and beds are good. You have to book a time slot to use the pool. The facilities are O.K. the gym is a tiny room with 5 pieces of equipment. If you are just looking for a place to lay your head, it' good.

    The hotel check in time is 4pm an check out is 11am which is unusual standard time compared to others. Hopefully, they could manage to read the notes as well in every booking.

    Initially I was very happy with the value. However upon returning our first night the room key would not work. It was 10:30 pm after a long day. Nobody was able to get us into our room. We sat for an hour and 45 minutes outside our room on the floor while maintenance tried to get us in. The manager did not seem overly concerned until I mentioned I had cancer and needed my medication that was locked in the room. Firefighters were called and they broke the door to allow us entry. Aside from a few “we are very sorry” nothing was offered for our very real inconvenience. We received an upgraded room only because the hotel was full. We lost hours of sleep and my daughter was exhausted for her dance competition the next early morning. I understand things can happen but it is the way it was dealt with that I had the problem with. Not even an I’m sorry or anything upon check out.
