Vysoko oceňujem veľkorysosť majiteľov pri zohľadnení kompenzácie mojej chyby pri objednávaní ubytovania. Ďakujem Vám veľmi pekne. Profesionálne a veľmi milo ľudsky mi pomáhala vyriešiť vzniknutú situáciu prítomná recepčná/čašníčka/manažérka. Dovoľte mi ešte raz vysloviť Vám veľkú vďaku !

Die Lage ist gut. Das Zimmer ist groß.
Frühstückauswahl ist nicht ansprechend Frühstück gibt es erst ab 8 Uhr, was für einen Business Trip zu spät ist. Das Zimmer wird nicht gereinigt, am 3. Tag gab es frische Handtücher, sonst wurde nichts gemacht.
