Modern, convenient apartment with all the mod cons. Disturbed sleep due to flooring & outside noise
I liked the modern decor & facilities. I loved the pillows & bed which were very comfortable.
Location good for our activities.
The floor was very squeaky which meant we could hear each other walking around during the night.
The noise of trucks loading & unloading during the night & light pollution through the curtains from the industrial units at the back of the property meant we also had interrupted sleep.

I am deeply disappointed and shocked by the treatment I received during my recent stay at this apartment. I feel it is my duty to report this experience, not only to warn future guests, but also to expose the serious misconduct and discriminatory behavior I was subjected to.
I had booked this property on previous occasions without any issues. However, this time I was met with hostility and a complete lack of respect. Upon arriving at the station, the host refused to provide the key safe code, and only later told me that someone would be waiting to check my documents — something that had never happened before.
I am an Italian citizen, born in Brazil. When the host saw my last name and realized my background, his attitude changed completely. I was clearly subjected to racial and xenophobic prejudice and treated with unwarranted suspicion from that moment on.
After entering the apartment, I was informed — only after payment — that visitors were not allowed. This rule was not listed in the house rules or booking description at the time of reservation. The next day, I simply ordered food via Uber Eats, and the host accused me of receiving guests, which was completely false.
I had paid £460 for three nights. But on Tuesday at 8 p.m., the host knocked on my door and demanded that I leave the apartment immediately. I was evicted while I was resting, alone, at night. I was given ten minutes to leave, with no concern for my safety, dignity, or well-being.
As a woman, a legal resident of the UK, and a law-abiding taxpayer, I felt humiliated, unprotected, and deeply offended. I have never experienced anything so degrading. The host’s conduct was not only unprofessional, but dangerous, especially for women and people of color.
I share this not out of anger, but out of a need to hold abusive behavior accountable. I strongly urge the platform to investigate this matter seriously, and I leave a clear warning for future guests: be extremely cautious when booking this property,

Clean, but dystopian. Only stay if you like visiting industrial parks.
The apartment was clean. The bathrooms/showers were good and there was plenty of hot water
I didn't realise when I booked this that it's in the middle of an industrial park. I can't imagine why it was ever allowed to be built (or turned into residential accommodation). It is utterly soul-less and if you don't have a car there are only other industrial units within walking distance. It might be fine if you are travelling on business for one night, but otherwise it's a little dystopian.
Also, the furniture is all a bit rough and ready. None of the three sofas match - feels like they were bought on eBay. Worst of all are the beds. The double bed was just about ok, but with terrible pillows. The two single beds were just terrible.
Plus since it's an industrial park, there is a lot of bright lighting, and the curtains do nothing to keep the light out at night. Once you add in lots of random hums from plant machinery, you really need to make sure you bring an eye mask and ear plugs.

Property was very spacious and worth the price. It was very quiet throughout the whole apartment which was a plus.

Great place for a short stay
It was perfect! My son was competing at the arena so we needed somewhere close by and relaxed so he could prepare . This the perfect choice if you don't fancy a hotel. I also met the cleaner who was a wonderful and friendly lady . After a long drive from London this was the perfect place to rest and relax.

Shower/bath was broken but before that it make loud noise during the night waking me up several time before the handle completely broken off and because the room don’t have individual isolated water supply they had to turn off at the main valve that supply water to the entire apartment meaning no shower, no toilet or kitchen. I’ve ask the problem to be fix but they have no parts available so they ask me to wait a day and so I’ve ask to change room but there was no room available because they don’t have emergency policy “my assumption” and so they ask me if I need to clean my self up I had to do it with the sink water which have no water…

The apartment was large, clean and modern.
The bathroom had a lovely shower and was very big.
The bedroom was large, the bed was comfy with very nice pillows.
The main room was open plan lounge and kitchen, where one of the sofas was a sofa bed. Very well equipped kitchen.
Struggled to get in the main front door when we arrived as hadn't yet collected the key from the key safe next to the apartment door.

Difficult to get in - no instructions how to get through the initial door so had to wait for someone to leave
noisy - the apartment was opposite the washing machines and driers which early mornings was noisy
extra bedding - we had put the cover on the duvet which wasn't really what you would expect for the money we paid
the closet is such a waste of space - could easily convert this to make a spare room for a bed or other settee
bed could easily be a king size

The poverty was well kept and a good location to the wedding venue that we attended.
There was parking and lifts.
The check in time was quite late and the checking out time was too early and there was no option for a late check out.

The bedding for the sofa bed was not in the wardrobe as per the welcome email but inside the bed - we thought there was no bedding for it at first, so please make this clearer in the instructions. The lock on the bathroom door was stiff and one of our party couldn't open it. I had to release him from the outside. I then got stuck inside myself and discovered by lifting the door upwards it can be released - please have this looked at. Also the bathroom needs a better extraction system. We felt like it was out of the shower and into the sauna - very difficult to get oneself dry quickly after showering - other than that: pretty good
