Nice clean 👌 place clos to everything. Pictures are authentic and updated. Host is very helpful with solving whatever problem it may come (not having a hotel water on first night of our coming). Place is almost a brand new.

The shower needs more closure,wather splashing everywhere cosign risks of slippery floor,no grab handles and no breakfast despite advertising on booking.com

Property is located in city centre, apartments are new, clean, quiet and spacious while being affordable. Absolutely perfect!

Poor customer service. The 1st morning the accomodation didn't have any warm water on whole first floor. We booked 5 rooms (party of 9 Spanish) and 5 of us had to shower in freezing water (including 1 pregnant lady). We did not ask for any discount but a small compensation just in the form of a breakfast for our group as apology however the manager did not show understanding or care or want to accommodate our request or offer anything else for the issue. We were a polite grown up family group in town for a baptism. If they had understanding we wouldn't be forced to write this review. Also there was never any hotel service available at the front desk but instead you had to always call them on the phone to reach anybody. Accomodation seems still has to learn about proper customer service. We should have chosen Hotel Central instead.
