A fantastic apartment in a great location - the best ski accommodation we've ever had.

The location was excellent and Andreas met us very quickly after our arrival. He gave us a quick and informative tour of the apartment and then left us to it. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very well appointed, comfortable and warm. There was nothing left out, the apartment was literally perfect and then, to top if off and take it to another level, there was a hot tub outside which we used every afternoon/evening after a day on the slopes. I can't praise this apartment highly enough and just hope my review doesn't make it too popular! If you want somewhere to stay in Schladming you will struggle to find anywhere better.

Really worth every minute we were there

The place had a great setup. The best thing was the free use of the ski depot at the slopes. We didn’t have to drag our skis and boots back with us every day. That made the whole thing worth it. Really nice staff and being in the ground floor was super convenient for us. Our kids also really enjoyed it.

There was a group of guys there on a guy trip and sometimes at night they were loud but it didn’t bother us too much.

As the first Chinese guest group here, it is an amazing 2-day stay here, the manaer Andreas and his family were very kind and the room has great view, near train so it is convenient to go other places, I hope to visit Schladming again and meet Andreas again soon!

Amazing stay!! Beautifully decorated, spacious, clean, quiet, comfortable, and fully equipped. Very friendly hosts. Beautiful views. Short walk to the supermarket, five minute drive to the center of town. We would definitely come again!

We miss it already.

Rocks Schladming is an absolutely stunning property. We could tell it was beautiful by the pictures...but we were happily surprised by how beautiful and homey the place is in person. Clean, bright, modern...it felt like a home away from home. And for us it was in the best location: 5 minutes from the train station, 10 minutes from town, and set in a quiet neighbourhood. Comfortable beds, homey atmosphere. Andreas is an excellent host. I requested bikes with a child seat. Andreas went out and bought them, then took them to a bike shop to calibrate the bike gears. At first he told me we owed 10 euros per day per person for the bikes, but when I brought him cash for the local taxes and the bikes, he said, "Don't worry about the bikes. You're my guest." And wouldn't take the bike rent!! With Andreas, you're in good hands. I wouldn't recommend staying anywhere else, though I'm obviously biased.

All services were perfect. The apartment was big and clear, fully equipped with all needed stuff. The ski depo box near the ski lift was booked for the hotel guests in advance. It was super clever.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable apartment

Great apartment - looks like it must be new!! Loved having the retractable blackout shades for our young child. Had everything we needed in the two bedroom apartment. So nice to relax on the sofa with TV in the evening - Netflix, etc included!

Only a minor thing - a microwave to reheat leftovers would’ve been nice, but not necessary. And maybe including few more coffee capsules (1 per bedroom per night?)

We are very happy with this apparment and our hosts. As a welcome we got wine, jam and chocolates. Thank you :) Apartment is completely new, very clean, with nice details and decoration. Kitchen is very well equipped with best devices (wmf, tefal) so you can cook whatever you want. Bathroom looks great and badrooms have comfortamle beds. The whole apparment is very cosy and we enjoyes spendig our time here. We warmly recommend this place!

Hele vriendelijke eigenaar, uitstekende ligging tov de piste (zeker met de beschikbare locker), fijne bedden, heel schoon, prachtig ingericht en zeer ruim. Met als kers op de taart ook nog een jacuzzi waar je heerlijk in kan na het skiën.

Unglaublich schöne Wohlfühlunterkunft, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :)

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Rocks Schladming, die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wir konnten unseren Urlaub hier in vollen Zügen genießen :) wer Ruhe, einen hohen Komfort und Entspannung sucht ist hier genau richtig. Trotzdem das Appartement etwas abseits des Zentrums liegt, ist alles von hier aus schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Jacuzzi im Aussenbereich war hier das absolute Highlight, außerdem stellt der Vermieter ein modernes Skidepot direkt bei der Seilbein zur Verfügung, was unnötiges Ski tragen überflüssig macht. Wir danken unserem sehr engagierten und überaus freundlichen Gastgeber Andreas sehr für die tolle Zeit und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Es gibt einfach nichts zu beanstanden :)
