Monte das Cobras - Country House

Les enfants ont particulièrement adoré le contact facile avec les animaux. Propriétaire très à l'écoute des besoins.Si vous cherchez du luxe, ce n'est pas l'endroit. Quelques petites choses simples pourraient améliorer le logement comme arranger la douche, mettre des couvre-matelas, changer les oreillers...

The property is a nicely restored old farmhouse on a piece of land in the country used to graze horses, donkeys and a goat. The house was great, really roomy with great beds and totally quiet at night. The dog on the property is huge and friendly, The land is in a beautiful settling, although a little barren.

The property was impossible to find using Google Maps. We got really lost twice when google said we had arrived and if it wasn't for my wife's Sherlock Holmes-ian capabilities we'd still be looking for it. We booked a private tour that got canceled because the driver could not find the property. the woman who owned the property met us and gave us the key and that was the only contact we had with her. We were the only ones on the property that was impossible to find. Getting into Evora for food and sightseeing was do-able but getting back was difficult. We felt very isolated and expected more interaction with the owner. It was not as advertised.

The place is really big and the animals are a big plus. Super calm area and the house has more than enough space for a family to stay there. The house is bigger than the photos. Kitchen has a lot of supplies. The pool is also a plus. You will need a car to go to Évora.

The beds are really uncomfortable and make a lot of noise it was Impossible to have a nice sleep. The house needs a better cleaning on the floors. Below the beds it was not cleaned. Some towel hangers in the bathroom will be nice. Better lighting in the living room, would be helpful. Also I only got the location of the house on the day of my stay, which was not a good thing if you would like to plan things in advance, or organize a transfer.

Do espaço ao ar livre, contacto com os animais. Liberdade de usufruir de todo o espaço. Muito bonito o sítio.

A limpeza da casa não estava fantástica. A cozinha não é prática, e faltam utensílios, nomeadamente um jarro elétrico ou fervedor. Não tinha esfregão para lavar a loiça. O wc tem problemas de canalização no duche. Detalhes de comodidade pouco visíveis. Mesmo sendo uma casa de campo poderia ter mais conforto no interior, principalmente para quem vai com crianças.
