Apartment Villa Penzing

Άνετο , ζεστό, με όλα τα απαραίτητα (και πολλά παραπάνω). Ήσυχη και όμορφη γειτονιά πολύ κοντά σε όλες τις ανέσεις και δίπλα σε μετρό για γρήγορη και εύκολη πρόσβαση σε όλη την πόλη και το αεροδρόμιο. Δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα και η οικοδέσποινα ήταν αξιολάτρευτη .

Δεν υπήρξε το παραμικρό που να μην μας αρέσει.

L'exceptionnelle qualité de l'accueil de notre hôte, toute en discrétion, toujours disponible et particulièrement réactive aux moindres sollicitations. De plus, l'appartement était spacieux, très propre et parfaitement équipé. Avec de nombreux commerces/restaurants à proximité et à 15 min du centre ville et du palais de Schoenbrunn en transport en commun.

Ruth-Marie was very warm and welcoming when she met us to give us the keys. It was a pleasure meeting and talking to her. The apartment is exactly as in the pictures, bright and spacious. Internet connection is superb! Kitchen is small but well equipped. Separate toilet, Big bathroom with washing machine (didn't use). Although location is not very central, it is very well connected to public transport (U-Bahn 5 min from the apartment). Big BILLA supermarket right around the corner, some bakeries and food options around as well. The most amazing part was the natura living christmas tree in the apartment!

Outside the apartment in the building it seems someone is smoking and it is unpleasant when stepping out, but not felt inside the apartment! A blackout curtain would be nice :)
