The location was excellent. The apartment was large, the balcony was great and the beds really comfortable. The apartment is set up for observant Jews, which made being there for Shabbat very comfortable.
The phone number provided to access the parking didn't work, but we called the number on the garage and they let us in. Also the instructions didn't specify which wing our apartment was in so it took some time finding the right elevatory to our apartment.

The location is really amazing. Down the block from Mamilla mall and walkable to all. I could not have found a better location. Building is nice and clean. If you are a shabbat observer, there are accommodations such as a warming plate, kiddush cup, hot water urn, challah cover, shabbat lamps in the apartment. 2 sinks and separate meat and milk utensils. We even found a little metal piece that shut off the fridge light for shabbat. A highchair, pack and play, and crib were also extremely helpful since I came with my toddler. Beds were fine although maybe a bit on the harder side if you are a side sleeper.
Management was very responsive to any concerns or questions. Plus there was a parking spot underground that's included which is helpful for guests or if you have a car there. There is an indoor pool as well within the building that my fsmily enjoyed although the hours end early so we were only able to go one time. My family was very happy with this apartment and would definitely want to return.
Size of elevator in building- I could barely get my double stroller into it. The dryer only had Hebrew instructions and English would have been helpful. No toilet paper holders in bathrooms. Upon arrival to apartment there were fruit flies and later in our stay we had ants but I could tell management had sprayed bug spray in the hallway that seemed to help the ant situation.
