First of all, the property & service manager was excellent. Whenever there was a question, she responded quickly and provided answers on the spot. She made sure to attend to our large party and was thorough with supplies as well. Even making sure deliveries of supplies were provided in a timely fashion. The location was perfect with access to an infinite number of locations in Jerusalem. It was accessible for tours and easily found. Also, the driver who picked us up from the airport was an added bonus. It was well-coordinted between the parties. Thanks so much for making our first trip to Israel so smooth. Much appreciation and highly recommend!
The bunkbeds were a concern for adult-use, but we managed. There are no closets available or room for one.
