The condo is very spacious and well decorated. We used the shuttle service during the big storm over the weekend and have a great time! There are a few issues we encountered during our stay. We were unsure of how the baseboard heating in the dining area turned on so it was a little chilly downstairs. I messaged the host but never got a response. We messaged about a late checkout due to the weekend storm but never received an answer which was disappointing. We had trouble with a few outlets, only one of the two outlets worked, basement and 2nd floor worked. Multiple lamps without light bulbs. The door didn’t lock when we left, we tried everything. The shower in the basement needs a new shower head because it just streams out one strand of water. Then the water stayed on with a trickle. The fireplace was nice but there weren’t and fire starter items. Just wood in the front. Mattresses were a bit stiff.We stayed two nights and had a great time. There should be a few improvements made to make this a 5 star review and to respond to messages.

This townhome is very clean and in a beautiful location. Great for bigger families! The downfall is there was no central air. I actually emailed the property before booking to make sure they had central air. We received a phone call minutes later and were told that they did have it! But when arriving, we find a very hot townhome and the there are only 3 small units. And no air whatsoever downstairs. It was incredibly hot. The units were not enough to cool down the place. Our children age ranges between 2 months -16 years old really struggled in the heat.
It would be a great place to stay in the cooler months and seasons!
