raummässig spitze , das Bad, der Wohnraum, der Platz um das Haus,

teilweise abgenutzte Möbel. Küchenabschnitt hat nach Abwasser ( Kanal ) sehr stark gerochen. Wenn man den Küchenschrank unter der Spüle geöffnet hat, war ein ekelhafter Geruch vorhanden. Hinterer Eingagsbereich war das Fenster in der Tür beschädigt. Eine Gartenliege die vor dem Haus stand, war ebenfalls ramponiert. Am Haus war ein Geräteschuppen wo man reinschauen konnte und vieles einfach reingeschmissen wurde .Der Wasserdruck zum Duschen sowie in der Küche ließ zu wünschen übrig Bettdecken und Kopfkissen sehr stark verschmutzt in den Schlafräumen Ein Schlafzimmer wurde mit einem Schrank versehen, wo Reinigungsgeräte drinne waren Beim Einzug mussten wir erstmal einige Küchengeräte sauber machen bzw entkalken
