We have two small kids and needed space to spread out, with convenient location to the beach. This is the perfect location - it is a short walk to access the beach (you do need to cross the road). It was great not having to worry about bringing beach gear for the beach - it comes complete with a wagon, 50lb + life jackets, plenty of chairs, toys (we added a few more to the collection). The umbrella was missing, but we did without and there were no issues. We really enjoyed the dock at the end of the driveway - I drank my coffee there every morning, watching dolphins and fish jumping every morning. As for the interior of the townhouse, it was good for our needs. The kitchen had everything that we needed, including filtered water on the door, and an ice machine. The water tasted good, which we were not expecting. 3 bathrooms were really convenient. The staff also left us dishwasher pods, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc - this was appreciated so that we didn't have to worry about providing. We have stayed places and had to buy this all ourselves, which is expensive and wasteful when you are only there for 4 days. We plan to return to the area (we have family in Seminole) and will be back. Our kids really enjoyed it! Thank you for such a nice vacation!

My main reason for booking this place was that it provided two wagons, beach toys, beach chairs, life jackets and an umbrella. We came with three kids and not having to worry about packing/renting those items was huge! The beach is super close which was really nice! There is also an ice cream place within 100 feet that we went to every night. We did rent a vehicle so we drove to most restaurants, but there are some within walking distance. The house was spacious and was perfect for our family of 5! Would definitely recommend!

Our family stayed in this townhouse and loved everything! We went kayaking and saw manatee and dolphins right out the back door. The pool was close and nice for a quick dip. The beach is a 2 minute walk from the townhouse. We were there in late July during COVID, it was very quiet and everyone kept their distance from each other. The beach umbrella, chairs and sports equipment were perfect. Our favorite places to eat were Guppy's on the Beach, Crabby Bill's, Keegan's and SeaBreeze Island Grill in Redington Beach. There were so many other restaurants we wanted to try - next time. The townhouse was perfect size for our family of 4. Son loved the bunk beds. It was nice to be able to park in the garage. Inside was updated/remodeled with everything you could need. We did grocery pick up the first day at Walmart and had plenty of food for the entire week.We will be staying here again for sure!**make sure to stop at Lulu's for ice cream - it was awesome!
