About this house rental
Enjoy a luxury 5 bedroom home new to the rental market! Perfect for multiple families and steps from private Moody Beach, one of the best beaches in New England. The house is a quick five minute drive to downtown Ogunquit or a beach walk to Ogunquit Beach. Situated across the street from the beach and directly on the marsh, it has multiple decks to enjoy ocean views and gorgeous marsh sunset views.
The house boasts tons of natural light and views from every room. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all a great size. The second floor has an open concept living area with flat screen and access to two decks on the front and back of the house.
Moody Beach access #1 is just steps from the house and North Beach access is an easy walk or bike ride down the street.
Three families will fit great with plenty of beds for adults & kids and parking for 5 cars.
We provide beach toys, chairs, towels, umbrella and beach carts. Linens for the house are also included.

- Bedroom 3- two full over queen bunkbeds
- Bedroom 4- queen and twin bed
- Bedroom 5- queen, twin bed and toddler bed

We stayed here with extended family and it was perfect for multiple families, including children ages 1 thru 16. The location is excellent and the house was well appointed with everything we needed to enjoy the beach and prepare meals. Both the inside of the house and the outdoor spaces (including multiple decks, an outdoor shower, and backyard) are beautiful! We would absolutely recommend the house and look forward to staying again!

Excellent! We enjoyed the house very much. It was perfect for us all with plenty of restrooms, seating/lounging areas, nice outdoor seating, never felt cramped, kitchen was very well equipped with lots of kitchen ware, very clean place, all in all perfect.

Everything about this trip was an A+. Denise was helpful leading up to our stay. She was kind during our stay and then sent a nice note post-stay. The house and the VIEW were both amazing. We now have many life lasting memories thanks to this stay!

We had a wonderful visit. The house was great, very spacious and thoughtful. All of the things we might need were provided and the instructions were very detailed! Thank you to Denise and her family for letting us use this special place! Maine is magical!!
