Located just a short ride or a beach walk from downtown Ogunquit and some of Maine's best restaurants and shops. One of the newest and nicest homes on one of the most beautiful beaches in New England. Perfect for multiple families to share. Built by the finest builder in the area with a long-standing history of masterful construction.

Beautiful views, all the amenities and supplies we needed, and a super helpful and responsive host. My wife's sisters and kids joined us and our kids for 3 days of family games and relaxation by the beach. The property had tons of space and bunk beds for all the kids to spread out. It includes a basketball court in the garage which me and the teens made use of equally to my surprise. The property was perfect and being able to walk from the living room to the beach in less than 3 seconds was fun for everyone. Perfect spot for a luxury family vacation directly on one of the best beaches in Maine and possibly North America depending on your priorities. Ocean Ave oceanfront at Moody Beach in Wells, Maine is as good as it gets. We will definitely be back.

This beautiful home is ideally located for both the beach and sightseeing of all the surrounding towns in Maine. We plan on rebooking this home for our annual girl’s trip!

The property was beautiful. owner was quite flexible with early arrival.
Sadly the house was rather dirty. The fireplace didn't work. There was nothing the owner was able to do to fix issues.
