Breakfast was good the staff lovely idela location we came twice for the world matchplay at the winter gardens the rooms are small but ideal for a couple of nights stay for 2 people.
Bit old fashioned but to be expected in Blackpool most hotels are this is definately one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in

The location of the hotel was excellent for going to the winter gardens and visiting the tower, beach and central & north piers. The staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble, we had to check out early on the last day and they offered to make us breakfast sandwiches for the train.
there was a bar advertised onsite but we didn't see it open (perhaps it was open in the evening when were out, but no opening times were advertised as far as i could see) - this was a minor point though there are lots just up the road. only one key was offered for our room which meant we both had to arrange to come back together as the front door is locked after a certain time.
