The owner was extremely kind, helpful and available whenever we needed assistance. He helped us with our luggage and gave us very useful recommendations about affordable and traditional places to eat, beaches and other places worth visiting. The location is also good, with affordable supermarkets, a bakery and other basic services within walking distance. The room was clean upon arrival and the air conditioning was already switched on, so the room was pleasantly cool.

The main issue was that it was not clear from the Booking.com listing which of the different studios shown in the photos would actually be provided. We were given the smallest and oldest one. The studio is on the second floor and has limited space, making it less practical for a longer stay or for guests with several pieces of luggage. The bathroom is quite small, and the shower curtain had visible signs of mould. The hot water was also insufficient for a comfortable shower, even after leaving the water heater switched on for more than 30 minutes. The refrigerator was relatively old, noisy at times and occasionally stopped cooling before restarting on its own. We also noticed a strange smell resembling dampness or mould whenever the air conditioning was switched off. Considering the specific room we received and its facilities, we found the price to be rather high and not particularly good value for money.

It was in a nice location right by a great supermarket. The wifi was decent. I got a pretty big room with a balcony which I was not expecting so that was so nice. The hosts were helpful. They helped me with all my issues but didn’t bug me and let me do my own thing which was amazing.

The facilities weren’t amazing and there were some areas that could have been cleaner but that is just being picky. Also not great privacy as you can either have the curtains shut or everyone across the street can see into your room.
