Da instalação do condomínio. Piscina relativamente grande, parquinho infantil, e segurança 24 com portaria.
O apartamento estava com cheiro forte de mofo. Os ar condicionado nao funcionou. O apartamento não disponibiliza roupa de cama e banho. Isso é um ponto negativo.
