Cute apartment with a lift! 2 bedroom apartment with a pull out couch was perfect for our family as they all slowly trickled in from the states. It was within 20 minutes walk of pretty much anything you wanted to see and a 5 minute walk to the local tram to go to the beach. Plus close to the metro to get to the airport or the ferry port. AC was strong and cooled the apartment nicely.
The electric was weird in some spots. The bathroom light switches are upside down and when we unplugged a cord in the first bedroom the AC unit in the 2nd room shut off. The balcony was very noisy, but the windows were very soundproof!

Perfect location, spacious apartment well equipped, it was perfect for our family city break.
Contacting the host a week prior arrival was unsuccessful, but got messages eventually a couple of day before we arrived with all we needed.

The property was a great size and very clean. The property manager was extremely accommodating and kind, making our stay even better. The location was great and there was even a cafe right below the apartment making it easy to grab a coffee. It was on a very loud and busy street but as soon as you closed the windows it was completely sound proof and you couldn’t even tell you were in the city! AC worked well too.
No real downsides but it was a bit inconvenient to have to turn the boiler on for 30 minutes before each shower for hot water. Especially with three people staying there.

Great location
The aircons took too long to cool, and probably needed cleaning and the bathroom needs a strong exhaust fan as there is no windows.
