Loved the ocean front view... they were responsive with my concerns and jumped right on it. Location was excellent!! You want a quiet place at beach without the crowd. This is it!!
Staff at hotel was very rude. Seems like even to ask a question, it would bother them, why work in customer service if everything bothers you. Guest would slam doors and had the kids running up and down the halls at like 6 a.m. nobody can sleep like that.
