The facilities were good for the price.
There is some noise due to construction. The heating is not working well.

Beingon the first floor was convenient. No living room - we didn't need it and it saved us money not having the extra room.
No bowls on the kitchen (We bought a couple and left them). The cutlery drawer almost fell out when I opened it. Maybe it is broken or worn out? The kitchen sink doors were misaligned and wouldn't close (we fixed it).

There were really big spiders on the entrance doors, we also had a huge spider in the room. The first night there was someone in the room next to ours and had the TV on really loud until like 4 AM.
