Holiday Inn Express & Suites - West Omaha - Elkhorn by IHG

Very clean and modern facility. Room was larger than expected.

Every was good.

Clean. New. Comfortable.

Storm came through and the wind caused the vent pipe near the ice machine to make extremely loud and continuous banging noise that would wake even the soundest sleeper. Staff said the problem was unrepairable.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Stay and Great Value! We really enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the beds and sheets were so soft and comfortable. Smell is a big deal for me when staying in hotels, and I noticed ZERO negative aromas in the room. Everything smelled clean and fresh, which immediately made me feel more comfortable. Breakfast was good, and the staff was happy, friendly, and welcoming. We were also very happy with the price. It was a great value for such a clean and comfortable stay. Between the comfortable beds, friendly staff, good breakfast, cleanliness, and price, we really had nothing to complain about. We would definitely stay here again!

The only two things I would mention are that the cleaning fragrance in the lobby was pretty strong for me, but I would still take that over pet odors or an old musty smell any day. I also wish the shower head had a little more water pressure.

The breakfast very good.

The chair in the room was not very comfortable and the beds were so high it was hard to get on the bed. The shower faucet was hard to get on. This was supposed to be a handicap room but there was one grab bar to help you STEP OVER the side of the tub. Also, the stool was too low for a handicap bathroom.
