The location is great. The building is very neat and the surroundings are quiet. The apartment was very clean upon our arrival. Another great aspect is how easy is to do the check in, as instructions were received upfront. Property management is also very responsive. Perfect place for families with little kids... they enjoy a lot the bunk bed :)

Upon our arrival Internet and the kitchen light were not functioning. We later found out that the modem had been disconnected, ran out of battery and therefore the Network was not discoverable. That was an easy fix. The kitchen light had to be replaced. The property management was very responsive and sent a technician the next day to fix it, but when we came back, I found some broken glasses. Most likely, the glass that was replaced had accidentally broken. This is perfectly normal, but can be dangerous, especially when little kids (like mine) walk barefooted around the house. I would have appreciated more care when cleaning up. I would have expected that the house had been completely checked before our arrival to make sure everything was completely functional.

Optimale Betreuung und telefonisch oder per Mail sehr gut erreichbar, sehr freundlich. Die Lage war toll und in der Wohnung war alles, um sich sofort zu Hause zu fühlen und auch zu kochen.

Splendida posizione, appartamento confortevole, accesso molto facile.

Cucina molto piccola, male attrezzata, assenza di assi per tagliare, troppe pentole inutili, assenza di coltelli affilati, lampadine bruciate in soggiorno e camera da letto. Segnalato al gestore che sicuramente sistemerà il problema.
