Beautiful area. Lovely flat with everything we needed. Even had a raclette!

3 small balconies in a small apartment with good views all round from them. Fully equipped, really warm apartment and loads of hot water. Close to the bus stop and within walking distance of restaurants. A bit dated, but fully functional. Videos before arrival were helpful.

Beautiful mountain getaway. Quiet, with ample hiking opportunities.

Beautiful apartment with amazing views of the mountains. Full kitchen in the place, balcony, and access to coin laundry in the basement. Secured parking available right on site.

If anyone has mobility issues, it was up the stairs with no elevator available. I was there before the summer season started, so the nearby restaurants were all closed. But a grocery store was nearby and i like to cook. One of the trails was closed but there are plenty around.

Very relaxing and rewarding in terms of nature.

Warm. Bright and homely design. We really felt like we were in our own homes.

The only thing that we did not like was that everything in the area was pretty much closed including gondola lifts, museums, shops, etc. The property had nothing to do with this. We needed to plan better.

garage is very tight for a wider car, the house carries sound very „well“ due to older standard of building and the staircase is quite narrow for carrying luggage.

Splendida posizione, appartamento confortevole, accesso molto facile.

Cucina molto piccola, male attrezzata, assenza di assi per tagliare, troppe pentole inutili, assenza di coltelli affilati, lampadine bruciate in soggiorno e camera da letto. Segnalato al gestore che sicuramente sistemerà il problema.

Immer wieder schön, auch wenn viel zu teuer.....

Zentrale Lage und sonniger Balkon sind super. Reparaturen wurden ausgeführt!! Verwaltung nimmt Reklamationen entgegen und setzt Verbesserungen um.

Vieles ist schon sehr alt in der Wohnung und müsste auch mal ersetzt werden. Viel zu viele Kochtöpfe, Geschirr teilweise noch mit Speiseresten im Schrank.

Une semaine pour Nouvel An

Beaucoup BEAUCOUP trop cher pour un vieil appartement qui n’a pas été rénové ni entretenu depuis des dizaines d’années (1970? Dirait on). Les équipements de la salle de bain et de la cuisine sont très vieux et mauvais (le lave vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas bien du tout, la douche était remplie de calcaire et le jet était tout mauvais / irrégulier). Tout est vieux et de qualité très faible (les tiroirs, armoires, les coussins de la salle à manger sont usés par les années, les casseroles et le matériel de cuisine, tout… la fenêtre de la chambre ne s’ouvre même plus en imposte - cf photo). Bien sûr, cela ne se voit pas sur les photos de l’appartement … Il est absolument indécent de louer un appartement aussi peu entretenu à un prix pareil … je déconseille ! Et cela fait 4 ans que nous venons à S’ils Maria pour Noël / Nouvel an, nous savons quelle qualité de logement on peut trouver dans ces prix …
