Holiday home for 8 people in Santa Cruz del Comercio, in the province of Granada, Andalusia.
This modern property features four bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds are located on the upper floor. On the ground floor, you'll find the other two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, as well as two bathrooms with shower stalls, a spacious and cozy living-dining room with a fireplace, and a fully equipped independent kitchen, also with a fireplace and table.
The house is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and three of the bedrooms, ensuring a good level of comfort during the warmer months.
Outside the house, you can enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings and relax in the large private pool. You can also sunbathe comfortably on the loungers around the pool. The outdoor area also includes a barbecue and private parking.
If you are an animal lover, you can consult with the owner about the possibility of taking a ride on one of their three horses. Additionally, you will have free access to bicycles to explore the area. The owner also offers to accompany guests to discover some of the most picturesque spots in the province of Granada. Moreover, during your stay, you will have the opportunity to cook with produce from the field at no additional cost.

Superb property for a peaceful and quiet getaway. The house was excellent, Jose was an excellent host, fresh eggs, his own olive oil from the surrounding groves and a lovely cake on arrival. Everything was great, we shall absolutely plan a return visit to such a perfect place.

If you’re looking for peace and quiet this is a rural paradise.
This, our first visit to Andalusia, was in the first two weeks in April 2024.
Every day was sunny and we enjoyed daytime temperatures in excess of 25C. Temperatures at night were as low as 12C and some form of heating may be needed.
The property is run by a young couple who are extremely helpful and friendly. During our stay they generously provided us with their locally produced olive oil, eggs from their hens and asparagus. They did not intrude but were happy to help with any queries and offered recommendations for tourist sights, restaurants, and places for shopping. We sampled all three of the recommended restaurants and they were truly very good indeed.
Unfortunately, the pool was not available to us and we were told that the water temperature would remain too low until mid May when the pool can be used for short periods. It was a great pity given the high daytime temperatures and in my opinion it would pay dividends to offer guests a heated pool as an option.
The property is pleasant, clean and well equipped. It is situated in an isolated location in a vast area covered in olive groves. Ideal for anyone seeking peace and quiet. That said the property is also home to two small cats that seek constant stroking. If you are not a cat person the best advice is to ignore them and eventually they will leave you alone.
The house is accessed by an unmade road/track which could be difficult to find but

J ai rien à dire c'était agréable et génial il y a tous dont on a besoin C'est à refaire dans la même villa Les enfants adorés les animaux et chaque matin vont chercher les œufs bio et leproprietaire nous offres les légumes bio C'est la déconexion total
