About this villa rental
The traditional and modern villa with exclusive facilities is located in a quiet and idyllic location on a slight hill overlooking the mountains and the surrounding nature reserve of the Sierra de Tejeda, not far from the picturesque village of Alhama de Granada. Right between Malaga and Granada.
Here you can escape the hectic everyday life and enjoy the peace and quiet.
From here you have an ideal starting point to discover the region between Malaga and Granada. The nearby airport in Malaga is about 70 km away and easily accessible by car.
A contact person is also on the spot. Upon arrival you will be personally welcomed and receive a short handover as well as information about the shopping possibilities in the closer environment.
The villa offers upscale facilities, attractive furnishings with modern flat screen TVs, underfloor heating on the ground floor, music system, fireplace in the living room and studio. In the spacious living area with open kitchen and seating for up to 8 people, glass doors lead to the terrace, where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning and enjoy the view.
For the active, the 7,000 square meter fully fenced property has its own hard court tennis court (tennis rackets and balls are available for free). Then I can cool down at the hotel's own heatable pool of 12 x 5m and relax in the garden or the hammock. The Jacuzzi / whirlpool offers a true wellness pleasure in every season. In the evening, you can relax on the terrace and use the gas grill for your bbq.

We had an amazing holiday at this villa and it was the perfect relaxation we needed! Klaus was so friendly and helpful and meeting him was easy and stress free. He was always on hand if we needed any help or advice. We knew the location would be remote as we did alot of research on Google maps before hand. The surrounding countryside is just super and the panaramic mountain view from the villa is something so special! We had a few rainy days so made the most of a mountain hike in the many local walking parks nearby. We planned ahead and did a big food shop near the airport and I would definitely recommend stocking up on things you may need. For a top up food shop we headed to Alhama De Granada the nearest big town around 25 minutes away. This is definitely worth a trip to and the drive is so beautiful with fantastic scenery. The town is lovely very historic with some great walking too! The villa itself is beautiful inside and so well equipped with all the cooking utensils you could possibly need. It really did feel like a home away from home. The tennis court and hot tub felt like pure luxury! We would love to return next year!

Cannot find fault with this wonderful property. The pool, tennis courts & hot tub were so blissful, the kids didn't want to leave. It was a 20 minute car ride to nearest shop but that was done to us not realising quite how remote we were. Klaus was just lovely & really helpful but was tricky meeting him at the arranged hotel due to lack of phone signal. The bedrooms were perfect for us & there was plenty of space all round the villa for sun or shade. The mountain views were spectacular.

Fantastic peaceful location with stunning views of the mountain. Pool, hot tub and tennis court are a lovely addition to a very well equipped villa.
Car is essential as there are no local shops however it is a treat to be in a secluded location next to a national park/mountain.
Host was very friendly, welcoming and informative which made the stay stress free.

Lovely property but a very long way from shops and restaurants. A 4 wheel drive would be useful. Beautiful pool and top notch equipment in the kitchen. You need to be confident in driving on long narrow roads with lots of hair pin bends but fantastic scenery and outlook. Pool patio could do with some weeding and bramble bushes by the pool needs cutting back. Apart from that everything else was excellent.
