About this house rental
The "Great Escape" sits right on the beach and has an unobstructed view of Cape Lookout, Netarts Bay, and the Pacific Ocean. The home has three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms.
The great room is over 600 square feet and has ocean and bay views and an amazing kitchen as well as work and study areas which makes this home good for those who want a work and play while at the beach. Cherry cabinets and plenty of granite counter-tops highlight the open kitchen.
The bedrooms feature a master with a king size bed, a second bedroom with a queen, and a third room with two twin beds (can be made up as king bed also). The bathrooms in The Great Escape are very large and have granite counter-tops and slate tile. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience.
You will want to return to this home year after year.
No Pets Allowed.
** Note: Your nightly rate includes damage insurance should anything accidentally break or get ruined during your stay.
** Note: I send out a rental acknowledgment to sign electronically after a booking is made. It is very straightforward and simple, but if you would like a copy of the contract beforehand, just let me know! :-)

After seeing this property online, we decided to up our budget from others in the area, and it was worth every penny of it! The house was as described, beautiful, clean and well maintained as well as nicely appointed, and it provided the perfect "escape" to visit our daughter who is currently on contact in Portland. Even though off-season, the location and views were beautiful, allowing for a quick stroll up the beach, or a drive into Tillamook or further up or down the coast. Monica and Sarah provided great communication and everything went as expected, and I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Had a great time. A couple of items that may be able to be improved. The screen doors were not working well which I am sure the weather etc. do not help. As well the showers do not have a product holder or niche for items in the shower. Maybe just a hanging shelf off of the shower head. Otherwise, it was very nice.

The beach is beautiful and you can walk on it for miles. The house is very nice and well stocked. We were very comfortable here.One thing I would say is that the windows over the bed in the master need blinds both to reduce light and for privacy.The management was extremely responsive whenever we had a question.
