About this house rental
The Reunion features 4 bedrooms (two of which are primary ensuite bedrooms- both with King size beds) , three bathrooms total, a full laundry/mud room, and a 700 square foot great room.
This home sleeps 10 people and will be ideal for two families who want to vacation together and families who just want the additional space.
The two master suites each have a full bath and are very spacious. The third bedroom will sleep four on three twins and a pop up twin trundle. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed. The great room in this house is very large with lots of windows. A gourmet kitchen with expansive granite counters and island, large dining table and stone fireplace complete this amazing room. Outside there is a charcoal grill.
At over 2,200 square feet plus another 400 square feet of decking this home is perfect for your next beach getaway!
Three night minimum in June. Weekly Saturday to Saturday rentals only for July/August. No Pets Allowed. No RV parking. Plenty of parking!
** Note: Your nightly rate includes damage insurance should anything accidentally break or get ruined during your stay.
** Note: I send out a rental acknowledgment to sign electronically after a booking is made. It is very straightforward and simple, but if you would like a copy of the contract beforehand, just let me know! :-)

The Reunion was the perfect location for our family. The house was ideal, the view was awesome, and weather was perfect. Being right on the water and watching the clammers and crabbers was very entertaining. We highly recommend this house. The management were easy to work with and kept us posted with check-in availability.

Great location with the beach just a couple steps from the house. Amazing views from the living room! Loved having two bedrooms with ensuite bathroom. And kids enjoyed the bedroom with bunk beds.Kitchen was well stocked. Property manager was easy to communicate with and check in/ check out process was easy and straightforward with clear instructions. Would definitely book again!
