Villa Douloumi

The pool area is so gorgeous! Lovely contained little apartment feels very private and quiet, the pool pump makes a noise but you only hear it outside and get used to it. Highly recommend as a relaxing calm villa with wonderful tavernas nearby

Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar. Alles war sauber und neu. Die Außenanlagen mit dem beeindruckenden Garten werden regelmäßig gereinigt. Der Pool ist ca. 3m tief und lädt zum ausgiebigen planschen ein. Die Anlage hat man für sich. Man kann an der Straße vor dem Haus parken. In Milatos gibt es viele wunderbare Tavernen und Restaurants am Hafen.

Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr schlecht. Es gab kein einziges Messer, keine Weingläser, keinen Flaschenöffner, nur zwei Gläser, nur vier Gabeln, keine Schüsseln, etc. Am meisten hat uns gestört, dass die Fotos nicht mehr 100% der Realität entsprechen. In das Grundstück wurde ein zweites Haus vor ein paar Jahren gebaut. Oben wohnt eine sehr gesprächige ältere Dame, unten wird ebenfalls an Feriengäste vermietet. Zwar ist alles voneinander abgetrennt (inkl. Sichtschutz), trotzdem konnte man die Familie mit zwei Kindern im Haus nebenan den ganzen Tag am Pool spielen und streiten hören - da hatten wir wohl leider Pech.

Pool and the garden were beautiful. Location is wonderfully quiet and traditional with great restaurants and access to the sea and beaches.

Pool pump on permanently making a constant noise. It's really a place for couples as it's only got 2 rooms for all amenities and main bedroom has the en-suite so anyone staying on the sofa bed in the kitchette has to disturb the person in the bedroom. There was not enough cutlery but the local restaurants were fabulous so we ate out.
