It’s not directly at the beach but, on the other hand, in the centre of Tulum.

Wow, what a great value! This is one of the nicest hotels we stayed at in Mexico and it is very competitively priced. It beats out the beach resort we stayed at for the second part of our trip. The amenities were amazing, great breakfast, a nice little pool to hang out in. The room was very spacious and modern. I like how it's layout to incorporate the balcony. The hotel is also very close to the main strip to get to shops, but far enough away to be not too noisy.
It's definitely the rooster that woke us up early in the morning. It's not the hotel's fault and more of a zoning issue in the city of Tulum.

The room was fine
The property is a bit run out, there doesn’t seem to be a boss…and breakfast was not great.
