Zara Chalet

Beautiful room, comfortable, new building, and the location to Bran were all stand-out!

We loved everything about this hotel. It was clean, well appointed, cozy but with a modern chalet feel. The main room was nothing short of beautiful and breakfast was outstanding. It was also nice to have a beautiful spa area, a view of Bran castle from our room and (seriously) the best parking in town. We highly recommend (and we will be back again!!)

Stunning house

All was amazing

Was very well decorated and in a good location in town, right down the road from the town center and had great views of the castle.

The staff seemed overly busy. Very rarely was there anyone at the front desk when you needed them. Probably because they are cooking breakfast or cleaning the rooms. On my last day there I came back to the room to find that my balcony door was left open, which would have been fine under normal circumstances but you share your balcony with the adjacent room. For the spa area you have to make reservations for it, which we did, but when we got down there the spa was still cold, felt like they had just turned it on and it did not warm up throughout are time. Additionally, I slipped and fell on the stairs coming out of the spa. There seems to be a lack of safety and security with this property.
