The owner is really nice to help us when we have some schedule change and also help us prepare takeaway breakfast and lunch box. Really nice owner, recommended a lot

The staff is always available and willing to help. Good value for money and perfectly adequate for enjoying a visit to Petra.
Be careful with the stairs, as the steps are not always even.

The personal were very kind and always here when needed. The location is very good if you have a car at the top of the city of Wadi Musa with a wonderful view.
Very very cold on winter even with the heater on.
Breakfast pretty small with not so much of chose.
The WiFi was very bad.
