Looked nice on the website. Breakfast was good.

For 5 star it is simply too dirty. The carpet on the floor, the windows, shower room corners. Pool bar very bad. Worker can’t speak English. You order the coffee, then he calls the reception and give you phone to say it. Then you have to wait like half an hour before someone from reception brings you the coffee. Pool area also looks not nice as in the pictures. I had an issue with my health and wrote an e-mail to the hotel to ask if the cancelation is possible. It wasn’t possible and the answer came after 4 days. If I book 5 star hotel, I expect them to answer the same day or day after. Per call it wasn’t possible to ask. I called many times, no answer. Then some worker answered the call but couldn’t answer my question and told me to wait more for the E-Mail answer. Very unprofessional from 5* hotel! Also the infinity pool wasn’t like infinity pool as the glass was so dirty and then we can’t call it “infinity” as you can’t really see through it. Can’t recommend this hotel! I would say 3* would be fair.

Nice facilities, pretty much everything you could need was available, staff was very friendly and helpful

The pool was kind of cheesy, small, closed early, kids all over the place, impossible for adults to enjoy a swim. The restaurants were just okay, buffet style, however I later learned you could probably get a real nice meal from room service. Sharjah is a dry province, you can’t get a drink, not a big deal but good to know. Also, about 20 minutes by taxi from Dubai mall but I’ll definitely stay here again

the Hotel is in the middle of life street , but I didn't hear any noise. the room and bathroom was very large and clean . can not be better. When i book there I was not sure of the hotel, but I recommend it highly. Few feet down the street a grocery store I was able to get all I need.

Not the best stay

The location

They allocated smoking rooms for us & we are not smoking & two family members are asthmatic .. it was very inconsiderate to give us rooms in the smoking floor without informing us at the time of check in. Also the bathroom smelled weird, the towels smells not fresh. The electrical switches were sticky & dusty in a disgusting way they should change them. When I called the reception to inform them to make sure we get fresh towels he gave me a long lecture about how Pullman Sharjah is a 5 star hotel & one of best hotels in Sharjah!!!!!

One of the staff member called us and asked us to keep our children quiet because there are other guests sleeping at 2pm. How can someone from their staff tell us this specially at 2pm. It was pretty ridiculous thing to say. And we have toddlers so they like to play and would sleep by 9-10pm so it shouldnt have been an issue but turned the staff didnt like children much. Also, they could do much more with a breakfast being a 5 star hotel. The options were limited and when i went to eat at 8am, hardly any staff was there and alot of options were not available like fresh omelette, pancakes. All these options are available around 9am when most of the guests like to eat. So it shows that the breakfast service was mediocre

A dream home full of comfort and peace

House keeping chamath is just the best After two days he understands my sleep schedule and and knows when to come for the cleaning always with a big smile and fast and perfect work he made me feel at home away from home and he is the reason i kept extending in the same hotel for 3 weeks this guy deserves to be employee of the year
