The hotel manager was incredibly attentive, helpful, and hospitable. Most European hotels could learn a great deal from her regarding true hospitality! On my second day, I asked if they could keep a sealed water bottle and two bags of ice in their freezer for me until Sunday morning. Even though it wasn't their duty and their shift starts at 7:00 AM, they happily accepted. When I woke up early on Sunday, I found my bottles and ice carefully packed inside a styrofoam box half-filled with extra ice. They had even left a wonderful note so I wouldn't forget it. I am truly grateful. If you visit this region, this is the only place you should stay. Their restaurant also has an amazing ambiance and top-notch service. 100% recommended. Thank you so much, Dear Manager..

Just as a small note for improvement: I reminded the young staff at the bar to add lemon to my gin and tonic. Although they had been touching various surfaces, they cut the lemon with their bare hands and placed it into the glass. I know they didn't have bad intentions, but they definitely need more training on hygiene. Other guests might react very harshly to this, which could easily overshadow all the wonderful qualities of the hotel—especially considering there are always difficult customers looking for a reason to complain. This is just a friendly heads-up for the Dear Manager to guide the young bar staff. :)

Nette comfortabele kamer. Goed werkende airco. (buitentemperatuur liep op tot 37°C). Mogelijkheid om ter plaatse te eten. Ruime parking. Vriendelijk personeel. Weinig tot geen geluid van buitenaf.

Voor mij persoonlijk mocht de verduistering van de kamer wat beter.

The friendly staff and ease of gettting in and out. Very quiet and relaxing after a long day at work. The bathroom was very good and the air conditioning was great. I would come back here again. Thans!

I wish there was a larger refridgerator and a microwave in the room. For longer stays it is hard without a microwave. The coffee service was intermittant. Parking on the weekend was porlematic due to the popular buffet restaurant attadhed to the hotel.
