Beautiful location at the foot of the ‘sleeping giant’ mountain. Room comfortable with aircon. Water and toiletries with body lotion. Painted wood very beautiful in hotel and rooms. Robes and additional towel supplied for hot tub and sauna which was included in the price. Lovely to sit in after a long drive and look at the view of the mountain. Buffet breakfast was plentiful. Lovely fudge at reception. Smart TV with Netflix.
Unfortunately we arrived on a Saturday when the hotel was very busy and it was difficult to park at first. The toilet was very small and with the door opening inwards so you had to close the door and step in the shower to get to the toilet which was behind the door. Suggest open door outwards or a sliding door.A second bin in the room would be good as the only one was by the toilet and difficult to get to. Meal in the restaurant was very disappointing - tough beef in goulash and dry gnocchi. Suggest maybe go elsewhere for your meal or choose something else!
