Overall, a pleasant stay with helpful Staff.

I stayed at this apartment for 2 days and overall had a good experience. They kindly allowed me an early check-in, which I really appreciated. When I mentioned there was an issue with the WiFi, they even sent someone the next day to check it which shows they care about their guests.

The only downside was communication by phone. The contact number provided was rarely answered. However, they were very responsive and quick to reply through Booking.com messages.

Very disappointed

"I did not stay at the place I had originally booked ss they had reallocated me. The location was far from pleasant, situated in a very dark and dodgy neighbourhood. The apartment was cheap, but upon arriving at night, I found the corridor completely unlit. The pillows and duvet were covered in hairs. When I attempted to call the provided contact number for assistance, no one answered. Overall, I was very disappointed."

Modern with tv channels good. Near to shops and cafes. Good to have a washing machine.

Not very clean, dusty. Sofa uncomfortable, needs replacing. Need more cutlery. Shower head unable to hold up. The actual building needs carpets cleaned.

Worst expercience ever !!!!

We have booked an apartement for 3 personnes with 3 beds (1 double, 1 simple). A fey days before arrival at the flat we received a call from the agency about a robery in the apartment. They proposed us a new flat wich was supposed to look really the same (in beddings and equipments). When we arrived theire was only one bed for 2 persons. We sent a message to the agency wich wasn't reactive at all. Everything in the flat was really unhealthy, dirty. All the kitchens utensils where unusable. We send them pictures with absolutely no answers. We had to booked another apartement. We are really desapointed and we do never recommand it !!!

Perfectly clean basic apartment. Great location and very comfy bed. Perfect for a work trip... booked to stay again next time

The smell from other people's apartments in the hallway wasn't very nice ... but wouldn't give any less score as that's obviously nothing to do with the apartment itself or the host

The apartment was perfect, good location right next to shops and restaurants, althought all facilities there to cook

Be warned, they'll expect a deposit and won't give you details of how to get in the property until it's paid. The deposit they required was more than our stay and took a week to go back into the account. I understand the need to pay a deposit but for it to cost more than the stay and only be asked for on the day we were coming has put me off staying again. Which is a shame as the apartment was lovely. The only other thing was the lack of cleaning products, the provided washing up liquid and toiletries I'm the bathroom but no anti bac

Lovely apartment for what we needed it for.

Apartment was clean & tidy. Bed comfy, very good shower & towels provided.

Parking space allocated was used by someone else. Trying to get hold of the hosts & them getting back to me was very difficult. Supposed to have wifi but there wasn't any. The heated towel rail didn't work either.

There was more space in the alternative accommodation

We weren't able to stay at the property we booked. The owners told us this was unavailable a few days before the start of our stay and moved us to another property in a different location in Birmingham. They claimed this would be an upgrade but it wasn't really. There were a number of problems with the facilities at the alternative location. Communication was poor - the letting firm didn't respond to messages.

Great location to explore the city. Was beside a large Morrisons, M&S & B&M so self catering was easy. There was good enough space in the rooms.

The advert stated that the property is wheelchair accessible, I have a disability and it isn't. The lift goes to the floor below and then you have two flights of stairs to walk. The property was sold to us as a double bed and a sofa bed - THERE WAS NO SOFA BED. My husband ended up lying on the sofa. The cleanliness of the property wasn't good, hair, dirt & fluff everywhere, we had to clean it before staying in it - Thankfully the Morrisons beside us had plenty of supplies! The smell in the bathroom was awful, again we purchased airfreshner and spray to help with this. There was old food stuck to the table in the kitchen that hadn't been cleaned. The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly, the toilet roll holder was broken and hadn't been cleaned in a while, the tooth brush holder was full of grime, there was 4 bottles of shampoo/conditioner & 2 hand wash that was half used and there was a used razor! There was washing left in the machine. In 2 areas of the property there had been pictures hung, but had fallen down and the owner had shoved them behind the sofa, and left the stickers on the wall. The lift didn't always work. There had been groceries left in the freezer that had been left by previous tenants. The curtains didn't go all the way across, so the light outside was very bright when trying to sleep. The water under the sink was leaking and hadn't been cleaned in a while. Communication with the property was atrocious! Before we landed at the property they contacted us everyday, when we got there we couldn't get hold of them. I needed to move to another property because of the stairs, they would not refund me so I could look elsewhere. The TV wasn't working, they didn't come to fix it. We had a problem with parking, no one contacted us to say they had sorted it.

Good location for NEC. Easy to find with helpful instructions. Fairly good facilities but basic.

it appeared clean but the floor was dirty. It seemed like it had been swept so appeared clean but our feet were filthy. not great for us as we have a 6 month old who often plays on the floor. The complimentary toiletries are 3/4 used bottles not individual items for you to use. the coffee provided was old and dried out. the tea cannister also had coffee in and no tea. The sugar had been double dipped and had coffee etc in it. It is right next to Morrisons loading bag so deliveries were loud at times.

We were close to the airport and a major supermarket. It had all of the facilities we could need. It was warm and clean.

Sofa bed to be made prior to arrival when the booking had stated that three people would be attending.
