甲府駅からの立地が良く、かつ、コンビニや飲食店等も近い。 また、古民家をリノベーションしたてでとてもきれい。 部屋の大きさも大きく、1棟貸ししてくれる点ものんびりと過ごせて快適でした。 施設に駐車場は無いものの、目の前に甲府駅前としてはかなり安いコインパーキングがあり、停められる台数も多い。
古民家なので、階段が急で気を遣う。 とくに、チェックイン、チェックアウト時に荷物を持って昇り降りするときは結構怖い。 また、滞在する部屋は2階になるが、トイレとシャワーが1階なのでその際にも階段が少々ネックになるかもしれない。 1泊すれば慣れてくる。

二部屋ありましたが他に宿泊者がいなくて我が家のように過ごせました。 古民家再生で温かみがあり居心地は最高てした。 周りに商業施設が沢山あるので便利でした。
お洒落な古い階段がインテリアに合っていたが毎回滑り落ちないようにドキドキでした。空気清浄機があって快適でしたが、夫が喉が弱く加湿器が欲しかったです。

室內裝潢很有氣氛,員工回覆訊息速度還算快
在道路旁,隔音不好,車輛經過會感受到振動及噪音,淺眠者要評估 離車站距離略遠, 室內階梯陡峭,老人小孩不適合 雖然是獨棟民宿,但是沒有簡單的廚具,有點不方便 牆邊窗戶有縫,冷風會灌進來
