Heron Creek

The house was very nice and located in a beautiful area. Surrounded by trees and steps leading down to a beautiful beach, couldn't have been more beautiful. We were a group of 10 and there were many areas to rest and relax, and just spend time with friends. Would definitely use the home again. The beach area was beautiful, but to get to the beach there were quite a few steps down, so beware if there are mobility challenged individuals in your party.

The issue started right when we arrived, we followed the directions for getting into the home, however, the code did not work. We tried many different ways of getting in and were unable to get it to open. Thankfully, one of our fellow travelers went to one of the other doors and that was open and was able to let everyone in. The problem was also due to not being able to use our cell phones to call the property Managers to let them know of the issue. There were some issues also with the home needing some updating, some areas in the bathroom were showing some small mold issues, and one bathroom did not have any window treatments.

Location was amazing and the room size was perfect! I would rent this house again!

Not as clean as most. Not as much supplies in the kitchen as I usually get. The door to patio was brook and the garbage disposal switch looks like a hazard! Also the pictures were a little deceiving. Pictures show a fire pit which we didn’t have. Steps to the water were also deceiving. I could not walk up and down them.

This is a large extraordinarily well located house on Lake Michigan north of Saugatuck. We brought our food but the kitchen is reasonably well equipped with cookware and spices. The location is ALL THAT MATTERS. It is fantastic. 60 steps down from the deck you are at a gorgeous outlook on the beach. 10 more steps and you are on the Lake.

Cellular serice is non-existent, so that is a challenge, though there is a landline. There were some broken window locks and door locks so some of the windows were kept closed and some of the doors were unusable. Living spaces are large and reasonably well appointed and clean
