Belvedere Hotel - All inclusive

We visited Belvedere hotel for a 5 nights.... My name is DIMITAR Zaverdzhiev and me and my family been very happy and satisfied from all the facilities and treatment which the hotel provides...cleanliness, food, swimming pools, bar service, restaurant service, reception, all of them been 5 star 🌟 (I forgot about free sun beds and umbrella at the beach ⛱️ aswell)

My short holiday...only 5 days

Polite staff. The room was clean. Food was sort of ok. The beds were comfortable. You will love it if you are a Czech family with young children.

1) parking arrangements are ridiculous for a 5-star hotel - I would expect free parking on the premises; instead they told us we could park 300 m away at another of their properties for a fee. The parking on the premises is for no more than 10-15 cars - plan to park elsewhere. 2) there’s a lot of noise. The hotel is mostly targeted towards Czech families (probably about 80% of the visitors). And so at the pool there was loud music, singing, clapping with animators, games etc - mostly in Czech. You could hear the noise even if you close the balcony door. Furthermore, our room was directly above the restaurant and on the last night there was a loud party until midnight. 3) the shower water changed temperature all the time - it ran from hot to cold.

Food was very good, the Stuff was helpful and friendly. Great animation Team

Beds weren’t comfortable , the housekeeping service was not up to the standard expected from a 5-star hotel. On two separate days, we were also left without hot water for about an hour.

It was clean , luxury and beautiful

New looking, lovely sound, very comfortable 🥰
