Fantastic place. The service was courteous, attentive, and efficient. The cleanliness was excellent, the beds were very comfortable, the food was varied and excellent, with something for every taste. Loved the water slides.
Slightly longer distance from the beach, which was not a problem for us.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Location of the hotel was good with a beach nearby. The personel was very polite and helpful.
The meals in a hotel were not bad, but the selection was not satisfying.
The sunbeds on the beach were very hard and uncomfortable but the view was making this up to us.

The rooms and all the premises are very clean. We had food, snacks and drink the whole day. Pools are warm and clean - kids loved them. Location is ok - close to the beach and the center yet not in the noise.
The parking details in booking are not correct. There are parking spots in front of the hotel but they are far from being enough for the hotel capacity. We had to park in the hotel from Alexandria club. This was very inconvenient for us since we were on a family vacation with 2 toddlers and one 1-year old. With the kids, it was difficult to offload luggage AND kids and then park the car somewhere else. When we asked at the reception they told us that all these details are available in Booking which, by the time we did the booking, were not.
