The hostess was very helpful, she was directly available via Whatsapp in case of questions or problems.
When the hot water was not functioning, the owner of the appartment wasn't able to come to fix the problem. Therefore we could not leave the appartment one whole morning because we had to help fix the problem. There was just a very simple sorry by mail for this inconvenience and the time we could not go to Florence. The original WiFi quality was bad.
