About this villa rental
Villa Blau Mari is probably one of the best villas in Mallorca: independent, with a unique location on the sandy beach of Playa de Muro / Can Picafort, surrounded by virgin nature and with impressive views over the sea. A dream come true!
Villa Blau Mari has capacity for 6 adults in 4 bedrooms and cosy interiors, finished following the traditional Mallorcan style, but surrounded by comfort and spacious private outdoor areas. Not forgetting that guests staying at Villa Blau Mari will have at their disposal the Mediterranean Sea, which is just on the other side of the door! Villa Blau Mari is definitely a property not to be missed.
Inside the villa is spacious and airy, with air conditioning and distributed over 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, a family bathroom. The living room and dining room have large patio doors leading to terraces and gardens.
On the upper floor there are 2 more spacious bedrooms (one double + 1 double), and a family bathroom. The rooms open directly onto spacious terraces that provide spectacular views over the pine trees and the sea. Sleeping pampered by the Mediterranean breeze and the sound of the waves will be a truly memorable experience!
On the outside, the villa (located in a privileged area of the coast) is surrounded by a private ground with lawn, bushes and pine trees. Enjoy dinner on one of the furnished terraces, try a grilled meal (with barbecue) or simply relax with a glass of wine while enjoying the sound of the sea: Villa Blau Mari will be the perfect setting for unforgettable holidays. Not forgetting the added advantage of a perfect sandy beach, literally at your doorstep!
The tourist tax is included in the price. Air conditioning available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.
Information to take into account:
In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.
The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore, close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.

The location was amazing, street parking was readily available, 20 steps away from the most amazing beach, waking up to the sound of the waves, and fully equipped kitchen.
There was a welcome pack with 4x toilet rolls, 3x bin liners, 2 dishwasher tablets, a small jar of washing up liquid and 1 laundry detergent pouches (and a bottle of water). It would have been nice if a little more of bin liners and washing up liquid was available as well as salt, pepper and cooking oil. Also, the mosquitoes were everywhere (maybe the time we went?), so be prepared with the strongest mosquito repellent available!

Das Haus ist super und die Lage absolute Spitze. Ebenfalls der Service durch easyvillas. Das hat uns alles rundum gut Gefallen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
2 weitere Sonnenliegen wären wünschenswert.

Die Finca liegt herrlich am Strand, toller Blick. Super Zustand, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Tolle Küchenausstattung. Alles ist durchdacht, alles vorhanden, charmantes Haus. Sehr zu empfehlen! Einziges Manko: Vom hinteren Grundstück müssen die Gäste über die Terrasse laufen um zum Strand zu gelangen. Das störte unsere Privatsphäre deutlich. Wir waren im Mai in der Villa, ab 18:40 Uhr herrschte Schatten im draußen / Essbereich. Wir würden wieder kommen. Vielen Dank!

Nous avons aimé l'agencement de la maison, tous les ustensiles à disposition pour la cuisine, la propreté,le calme, en bord de plage et vue sur la mer.
Des produits de base supplémentaires : produits lave-vaisselle, sel, poivre, sucre, sopalin, serviettes papier.
Un presse agrumes plus efficace.
