About this chalet rental

Francina House is a townhouse with a swimming pool just a few meters from the most beautiful beach in Mallorca: Playa de Muro. It is a very quiet area, but it also has very good restaurants and supermarkets nearby.



The house has a private saltwater pool measuring 3m x 7m on a very well-maintained terrace, with an outdoor shower, 4 sun loungers and umbrellas to sunbathe or rest in the shade, barbecue and a beautiful furnished terrace with several tables and chairs to enjoy breakfasts, lunches and dinners outdoors.



In turn, the terrace is connected to the living room through two accesses with large windows that let in a lot of light and make the dining room a very pleasant place. Here you will find another large table and a sofa area to watch television with air conditioning. The kitchen, modern and with an American bar, is perfectly equipped.



One of the 4 bedrooms is located on the ground floor, with direct access to the terrace. The rest of the rooms are on the first floor, one of them with an en-suite bathroom. In total, the house has a bathroom with a shower on the first floor and two upstairs, one with a bathtub and another with a shower. All bedrooms have a double bed. In addition to bath towels, they have pool towels for all guests.

For winter, they will have portable electric heaters. Additionally, in the garage, they can enjoy a magnificent ping pong table.



In general, the house is equipped for you to enjoy perfect vacations, on an idyllic island with everything you need. We can't think of a better plan for this year. Book now at the best price!

Ein schön gelegenes Haus 3 Min. vom Strand entfernt. Terrassen mit Sonnenschein und schönen Gartenmöbeln und Pool. In den nicht so heissen Monaten perfekt. Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub. Alle waren begeistert. Wir kommen gerne wieder🤩 Die Duschtüren sind nicht wasserdicht.

Pool war super. Ausstattung vielfältig. Garten war herausragend. Viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Es gab sogar eine Schaukel, die in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt war. Garage für ein Auto vorhanden. Weiteres konnte gut vor der Tür parken. Ruhige Umgebung (Baustelle nebenan leider noch aktuell).

Posizione ottima per la spiaggia, negozi, passeggiata, zona molto tranquilla e accogliente. La casa è molto grande. Eravamo due famiglie, 8persone e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Giardino e la piscina sono poi un tocco in più che ha reso felice i nostri piccoli. Ci è piaciuta anche la doccia prima di entrare nella casa, con l’acqua calda, così ti levi la sabbia. Poi il tavolo da Ping pong nella cantina era piaciuto moltissimo. Ci tornerei volentieri.

Die Lage der Villa ist sehr gut, ruhig und kurze Wege zu Restaurant und Supermarkt. Der Grundriss der Villa ist sehr durchdacht, Frühstück in der Sonne und Nachmittag ist auch Sonne am Pool. Bad und Schlafzimmer bieten wenig Komfort. Die Betten sind schmal und hart. Handtücher müssten mal erneuert werden. Die Kaffeemaschine ist äußerst relaxt-Frühstück ist beendet und der Kaffee wird fertig. Der Reinigungszustand des gesamten Hauses incl. Kühlschrank ist verbesserungswürdig. Parken ist in der eigenen Tiefgarage (steil) auch für große Autos kein Problem. Internet/WLAN hat sehr gut funktioniert. Empfang aller deutschen TV -Sender möglich. Das Haus ist bauartbedingt sehr kühl. Heizung nur über Elektroradiatoren und Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer in der unteren Etage. Stromverbrauch für 1Woche mit Wohlfühltemperatur lag bei 63 € .( 4 Personen) Haus für 3Warmduscher und 1 Kaltduscher empfehlenswert.
