The fact that we ran out of gas as we braaing. And no one was available to see to our needs at that time that we had to put the meat in the oven.
The floors were not cleaned properly as my grandson's feet were dirty while on the walking ring

The apartment was clean and spacious and the location was great. The host was very accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay.
The shower door in the main bedroom was broken.

The location and view and the spaciousness of the apartment
No working aircon. Broken shower door. Bath leaks. No shower door in one room. Pillows are terrible. Furniture/couches are uncomfortable. Needs updating and refurbishing
