Der Kunde ist König! Jeder Wunsch wurde sofort erfüllt. Sehr freundliches Personal. Ein familiärer Umgang. Frühstück war okay, Wurst hätte abwechslungsreicher sein können. Bei drei Tagen Aufenthalt gut, aber bei längerem Urlaub zu eintönig.
Da in Lübbenau ab 22 Uhr tote Hose ist, wäre ein Aufenthaltsraum sehr schön. Auch Getränke mit Kasse des Vertrauens wäre gut. Man muss, wenn man länger aufbleiben will, sich selbst versorgen. Bei großer Hitze könnte auch ein Ventilator hilfreich sein.

Die fantastische Lage,die Größe und Ausstattung der Familiensuite waren toll. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Essen war fantastisch.
Leider ist das Bad wirklich sehr alt und passt gar nicht zu diesem tollen Zimmer. Es roch immer nach Abfluss,die Toilette muss dringend ausgetauscht oder stark gereinigt werden (viel Braunstein). Auch die Dusche und das Waschbecken haben ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich.

Sehr gute Lage, Zimmer sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war gut. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Gerne wieder.
