2 bedroom air-conditioned apartment with spectacular views over Les Invalides in the 7th Arrondissement. This superb 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is located in the prestigious 7th Arrondissement enjoying wonderful views over Les Invalides and other monuments in the area.
The apartment is beautifully furnished and is 75 square meters in size offering an abundance of marble along with beautiful wooden floors. It has 2 bedrooms allowing up to 4 people to sleep in comfort.
There is a King size bed in the main bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom which are both superbly decorated.
The kitchen has all modern appliances and the 2 exquisite marble bathrooms are beautifully appointed in a true Parisian style.
The living room is beautifully furnished and has a plasma TV, DVD and CD player.
The apartment is situated on the 4th floor with elevator and would make a perfect base for a 5 star stay in the French capital.

The apartment is situated within walking distance to most Paris sites and is very convenient to the famed rue Cler markets as well as the River Seine.
In addition to enjoying the views of Les Invalides the apartment is within close proximity to the Eiffel Tower, Trocadero and the Champs Elysees which are all within walking distance. It is one of the most sought after residential districts of Paris and is a beautiful area, comprised mostly of select residential streets interspersed with grocery stores, bakeries and specialty shops that you would expect in such an upmarket neighbourhood.

The location of the property could not have been better. Close to so much and a metro right across the street. Loved that it was a step away from the tourist hot spots so you felt like you were experiencing Paris as a resident. The appliances were new and fabulous. Overlooking 2 restaurants that had amazing wait staff and food. Hot showers. Great wash machines. Plenty of space.

We enjoyed our stay, and the local team were very heipful. Its a great location to stay in, you can walk to a lot of great places and its right by the metro if you can't; near the wonderful Rue Cler, Les Invalides and the Rodin Musee.
The flat itself is nice but tired and needs a bit of maintenance. When were arrived there were several issues, a room without any lights for example. but the team were quick to respond and got an electrician quickly, and we had a good time overall.

My family and I spent a week at this property.
What we liked: the flat is in a great location with lovely views over the Invalides; across the street from one of the best metro lines into central Paris; a walk from the Eiffel Tower and the Musée d’Orsay; the area is full of character (in a good way) with a lot of brasseries/cafés/restaurants and wonderful food shopping on the bustling rue Cler; the sitting/dining-room is spacious and warm with ceiling beams; the kitchen, while small is well equipped; the spare bedroom is a good size and bright. Double-glazing reduces traffic noise efficiently.
What we found disappointing: the flat needs maintenance. 3 of the shutters don’t work. The mechanism is ancient and broken. The paint peels off some walls in the sitting-room. The mattresses in the spare bedroom are worn and uneven. The pillows are made of lumpy foam. The bath towels are small and old. There was no shampoo or soap in the bathroom.
With just a bit of investment in maintenance, this property could easily deserve 5 stars (despite the very small main bedroom and toilet and 2nd shower).
