Welcome to the Ferienhaus Kleiner Seehund in Zingst. The 2017 built and lovingly furnished holiday home offers enough space for up to 8 people and a baby. The quiet location in a private road guarantees pure relaxation. A large south-facing terrace invites you to sunbathe, in addition, in the garden, a play area for your children and a beach chair available. The ground floor has a bathroom with shower and a sauna with a large glass door. From the bright hallway you enter the living-dining area with an open, modern kitchen. Of course, the kitchen is fully equipped and has nothing to miss: dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, large fridge, coffee maker, Cafissimo capsule machine, toaster, kettle u. v.m .... Equally extensive is the equipment of the spacious living-dining area: u. a. Flat screen TV with satellite channels, stereo system, Blue Ray player, free Wi-Fi and games. For the cooler seasons, a stove provides pleasant, comfortable warmth. Altogether there are three bedrooms with high quality beds and a bathroom on the upper floor. The bedrooms have electric shutters and can be completely darken. Another bedroom is in the studio with 2 beds. All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TV. In addition to the high-quality equipment includes underfloor heating in all rooms. Also for your little ones we provide a travel cot, highchair, toddler staircase protection and a wagon on request. The holiday home Kleiner Seehund has two parking spaces. Bicycles can be parked in the lockable bicycle shed.
