About this house rental
Our semi-detached house features 3 bedrooms, each with two beds, 2 bathrooms, a sauna (for a fee), a wood-burning stove, a spacious terrace with a fenced-in garden, Wi-Fi (fiber optic), a washer and dryer (for a fee), and a fully equipped kitchen featuring, among other things, a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, an oven, a drip coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and much more.
On the first floor, our guests will find a combined kitchen, dining, and living area that is bathed in natural light and has a very welcoming atmosphere. Here you’ll find, among other things, a wood-burning stove, a dining set for 6 people (high chair available upon request), a leather sofa set, a large LCD flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped built-in kitchen (see above).
Also located on the first floor are an utility room with a washer and dryer (both subject to a fee), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, underfloor heating, and a towel warmer, as well as a hallway with a coat closet.
Adjacent to the living room is the spacious terrace, furnished with outdoor seating for 6 people. The fenced-in garden features a lawn.
The property has a total area of approximately 310 square meters.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, each equipped with a flat-screen TV. One room has a double bed (180 x 200), and the other has two single beds (90 x 200 each).
The bathroom on this floor is also equipped with a walk-in shower, heated floors, and a towel warmer, and also features a sauna (for a fee).
The attic features a third bedroom with a flat-screen TV and two single beds (each 90 x 200).
All rooms are equipped with at least one fly screen.
All bedrooms have pleated blinds for blackout.
For hygienic reasons, we have deliberately chosen not to provide cozy blankets, decorative pillows, or similar items in our house.
Two parking spaces are available for our guests.
Bicycles can be stored in a tool shed. The tool shed has an electrical outlet, so e-bikes can also be charged there.
