About this apartment rental
An ideal location for a tranquil and relaxing holiday. Located in Puerto de Santiago, one of the most sought after resorts in Tenerife. It is in a quiet apartment in well-maintained complex which has swimming pools, a Jacuzzi and 24hr security. There is WIFI in the complex along with lifts which provide easy access to all floors
Scandinavian style apartment, light and cosy and is equipped with all the essentials you may need during your stay on the island. Free underground parking.
The apartment is spacious, very peaceful and private. It consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, an open plan kitchen and a terrace. The terrace is the place you want to be after a long day of sightseeing and exploring the island. It is really great to just sit there, enjoy the view and relax.
The apartment is ideal for families or groups of friends as it can host up to 6 people.
The apartment is in comfortable area where everything needed is reached in less then 10 minutes: close to Playa Chica, pharmacy, bank BBVA, shops, bars, Minimarket, restaurants, all on the same street. Besides the Lidl supermarket it is just near so you can feel comfortable without vehicle. There are three beaches in this town and a natural swimming pool.
Due to coronavirus (COVID-19), Boletin Oficial (BOC) under Decree-Law 3996 17/2020. To access tourist accommodation establishments in the Canary Islands it's mandatory, within a maximum period of 72 hours prior to their arrival, of a diagnostic test established by the health authorities, that proves that the tourist has not tested positive for Covid-19.
Change over days can be flexible depending on other bookings. Departure is normally 10:00 but if the apartment is not booked the day of your departure you're welcome to stay later than this time.

The property was good but we have been in the properties before a few times so we knew the area's around

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!
Die Wohnung war in einem sehr guten Zustand, die Bilder aktuell und daher entsprechend unseren Vorstellungen.
Alles war sauber und umsichtig eingerichtet, die Küche gut ausgestattet.
Die Essgelegenheit in der Wohnung war etwas limitiert, da es nur eine Esstheke gab. Dafür ein Tisch auf dem Balkon mit herrlicher Aussicht, den wir wegen der Fliegen und Mücken aber nicht immer nutzen wollten.
Die Vermieter Justas und Henrika Waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die gesamte Wohnanlage ist gepflegt und sehr gut organisiert was die Einhaltung der momentan erforderlichen Hygiene-Regeln angeht. Poolanlage war sehr sauber, nie überfüllt. Nette Atmosphäre. Die Lage ist sehr angenehm. Fussläufig gibt’s Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir kennen die Gegend schon und schätzen dies.
Klimaanlage war zwar nur im Wohnzimmer, wir sind aber nachts auch gut ohne ausgekommen.
Wir würden diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen bestimmt wieder!
