The spacious apartment sea is 60 m² and is located in a quiet cul de sac only a few minutes walk from the natural beach of Schillig. It offers two people enough space for a relaxing holiday. The apartment is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is the separate kitchen with oven and hob with four burners, a microwave and fridge with freezer, coffee maker, toaster and kettle and a dishwasher. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and toilet and has a window. From the kitchen you reach the south-facing terrace with adjoining small garden that is shared with the neighboring apartment and an unobstructed view over the fields. The first floor has a large living room with a TV and satellite connection. The sleeping area with box spring bed (180x200) is integrated in the living room. The apartment is located in a dead end area only a few minutes walk from the sandy beach. Restaurants and shopping are nearby. A private parking is located directly at the holiday property. The apartment has a gas central heating, the floors are z. T. tiled and z. Part designed with laminate.
