La ubicación del alojamiento y que hubiera ascensor ya que íbamos con carrito de bebé. También muy bien el parking. Buena comunicación con la anfitriona.
El piso no era muy nuevo aunque estaba en buenas condiciones y el baño estaba reformado. Además no había aire en la habitación (había en el salón pero no llegaba) y coincidió una ola de calor.

El apartamento estaba limpio, buena ubicación llegas enseguida al centro, el tener parking un punto muy a su favor
Necesita ya un poco de mantenimiento y lavado de cara, pintar, colchón habitacion muy blando, se hunde, persiana habitación no baja, lo cual es incordio porque da el sol por la mañana nada más salir. En la sala y la terraza había un olor como a humedad o no sé qué raro....El ascensor muy viejo, en España no cumpliría normativa...
